Large amounts of waste produced?

As the subject say (large amounts of waste) I have a incredible waste problem,My Electrolysis is producing incedible amount's of hydrogen and oxygen but would appear to be making just as much waste.

I have posted a screenshot of the waste after 10 minutes of running,
currently using stainless steel as the anode and cathode @12v with no more than 2200mah,And only using fresh rainwater

All the componets are stone cold!

Now the questions
How much of a problem is this waste and what is it?
(i know it contains chromium or however it is spelt but what else?)

Is this waste sitting in the electrolysis unit going to create other gases
with the hydrogen and oxygen?

Anyhelp would be appreciated greatly.

I was getting the same kind junk building up in my electrolizer. Most of the buildup I think was minerals condensing from the tap water I was using. When I switched to filtered water from my home filtering system,
which is pretty good, and used bakingsoda as an electrolyte, the water stayed clear.
