I'm not sure if this might be of any help but, the absorption spectra observed by pulse radiolysis of inorganic alkaline electrolytes, such as NaOH or KOH shows a substancial modification of the initial properties of the solvent (in this case, water). However, others, like, LiCl, CaCl, do not or only insignificantly. What I am saying here is that the frequency must be slightly higher than that of pure water, for we must compensate for the ionic presence in the solution. Correct me if I am wrong, I'm no scientist, just an interested hobbiest. Also i was wondering if any of you would be so kind as to let me know if this pwm () would manage to control amperage in an electrolytic cell?
