Looking In, thanks for all the info and updates.

From reading about the research done using nickel as a catalyst with water at high temps (440), I think many believe high temps is the way to go. But this system is different as it is nitrogen based. The urine creates a reaction at lower temps (220). It might be wise to test results with high temps on a more stable model than a vehical. In any event, try to keep as much steam as possible from reaching the intake manifold.
The discussion of catalyst metals is scattered throughout this post. Bob (and others) questioned the benefits of pure nickel, etc.
There is a welding wire that is 50-60% nickel, 2% aluminum, 2% tin, and other metals too. I have been trying to find this. Anyone with info on this or any metal alloy that is high in nickel and has some tin and aluminum, please post that info here.

Hello Bill..the nickle wire yer refering too I believe is a nickle brazing rod as its not 99.9% pure like the nickle ark welding rod is but it has a flux coating on it as where the brazing rod doesnt.Hope you didnt know that already.......lol

dont ya wish hard chrome wuld work as its resistance to water and rust is higher than just nickle but still wuld be cool to nickle plate a set of headers and tap em with a hose to piss in.lol/???oh yeah and a gate valve /bypass thing er someth'n.
