
The No. 10 wire commin in from the right is hot from battery to toggle switch. Hot from toggle switch loops down into amp gauge. Circuit continues up from amp gauge over toggle switch connection, and down to +V on PWM via No. 10 wire. No. 10 wire exiting to the left is +M to + side of electrolizer. No.14 wire exiting to the left is -M to the negative side of the electrolyzes. -V post connects to Battery Ground. The three small wires across the top connect 10K pot to the PWM for throttle control. I am replacing the No. 14 ground wire with No. 10

This is the front of the controller panel. The PWM would not work without the -M wire connected to the electrolizer. and the -V to battery ground.
