well i blew the foil drawing up and traced out every thing i could make out and unfortunatly it appear to me that the ic stan says he used isnt really whats in the board or its hooked up different i cant make out all the pins connection in the drawing i can make out the number 5 pin is an output pin to the switch and the the number ten pin is grounded it looks to be either the the three or the 12 is power in to the ic the board their are two seperate power grids one going to the 7490/555??? and one going to the 7404? you can see in the foil they are using a common ground the ground going into the 7404 has a small cap and a resistor the power side of the 7404 has a resistor to any one have any ideas on what 12 volt ic might be in their instead of the 7490
