Hi guys,

I have changed my test car from old Honda Accord (1981) to Mercedes 190E (1987). This is because of too many mechanical and electrical problem from Honda Accord. I'm spending more money in repairing instead of spending on project modification.

Lastly, I decided to use my weekly use car (good condition) and I can see steady progress in my result.

Base mileage : 11.18KM per litre

Test 1 :
With hydroxy runs at 10A - 15A car. Secondary bubbler mixed with methanol. Car gets 12.11KM per litre. 8.34% mileage gain.

Test 2 :
With hydroxy runs at 3.5A - 8A. Secondary bubbler mixed with methanol. Car gets 12.76KM per litre. 14.13% mileage gain.

Test 3 :
With hydroxy runs at 3.5A - 8A. Secondary bubbler mixed with methanol. Water/methanol bubbler vapor goes into single cylinder. Car gets 13.42KM per litre. 20.00% mileage gain.

Test 4 :
With hydroxy runs at 3.5A - 8A. Secondary bubbler mixed with methanol. Water/methanol bubbler vapor goes into four cylinder. Car gets 14.32KM per litre. 28.05% mileage gain.

Still got one more test to go. Water mist injection into air intake. I have bought mist maker yesterday and now thinking on modifying the unit to put for car use. Remind me to update progress from time to time.

Hey! Some good testing and results. Are you doing anything to lean out the fuel injection? Adjusted the ignition timing?

Are you using any gas additives? PCV jar?
I want better mpg....

My car has a small port that goes into Venturi area just above the
Carburetor Butterfly Valve. It was used for Vacuum advance [ previously ].
When butterfly Valve closed = no Vacuum.
When accelerating , it gets most vacuum.
When at constant cruise it gets reasonable vacuum.
My water injection just sucks into this pipe and is controlled by
very small hole [ restrictor ] [ needs filter to make sure dirt in water doesnt block it ].
-
Check a few of those Pollution pipes to find one that has nearly no vacuum at idle
and has high vacuum when accelerating.

Kumaran , have you ever thought about using the Hydrogen only from the Hydroxy?
Its just something I was thinking about.
May assist with those cars that have difficulty altering the O2 sensor.
Was thinking that part of the separation process would apply large charge
on the gas. Any thoughts?
