Cell Construction

Some of you might be interested in this method that I have used for many many years.

Weither its a true Series Cell, Parallel cell or whatever, it can probably be fabricated easily and cheaply with this material. And its resistant to potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and sodium bicarbonate, to name a few.

So what if its not clear plastic to see inside. But you could used a clear plexi top, if you have some reasonable design skills.

Thanks for the post very interesting this is similar to what I am going to do although I am using lexan but may switch to ABS or PVC sheets later.

This company has a lot of useful info on plastics and other material including various fabrication manuals and good prices, if you go to one of their stores it is about 10% to 20% off the internet prices - probably wouldn't help you being in Canada but someone else reading the post may be interested.

What I have found worked good on cutting some plastics is a smaller wet (water) tile saw haven't tried it on ABS yet.
