I'm recalling bits and pieces of information I read on this once before.. Some of it may be incorrect:
I think I remember reading that the silver is slowly consumed by this process, and is not a perfect catalyst.. again, I may be mistaken, but I do recall seeing some photographs of a 'spent' silver rocket screen used in some old military rocket prototypes.
Be sure to verify the life expectancy of your screen before you invest that kind of money into an H2O2 system (that stuff gets expensive.. sheesh)
Although, if a cat converter works, then it shouldn't be a huge issue.. you may have to re-enforce the chamber though, I bet it'd get exceptionally hot in the combustion chamber... I wonder how you keep from melting/oxidizing your silver...
