Question concerning North/South poles and rotors

These devices are similar to Overbalanced Wheels in that they have no electronic parts, but they do employ permanent magnets. The one important factor here is that these devices can run in the absense of gravity. In other words, they could run in space!

Question concerning North/South poles and rotors

Postby mcorrade » Mon Mar 10, 2008 4:39 pm

Is it necessary to have the magnet poles on a rotor alternate between N and S poles when running this rotor over a coil in order to produce and electrical current or can the poles be all North facing the coil?

thanks for ANY replys ;-}
