What exactly is the Joe Cell? Does it indeed run a car using water as a catylist? Has anyone on this forum built one before? If so, what kindof results did you experience? What makes the Joe Cell oporation different from every other cell? Why isnt it more popular / accepted in the hydrogen community?
I realize theres allot of Q's up there, and I dont expect all of them to be answered, but it would be nice if a few of them were. It would be nice to hear from thrival or others that have knowlage and experiance with the Joe Cell.
I dont understand why, but all of the sites that i find dont really give me much to go on (although there are some relatively good sites out there). Im intrusted mainly in the High Voltage region of the cell oporation. Whats going on inside there, ect.

The Joe cell is a mythological device with its foundation in Australia. However after many years the only thing that exists are stories (an plenty of them)
The reason the Joe cell hasnt tken the world over is that the success rate of building a 100% opperation al one is 0. I think what says it the best is Joe and some of his pomotors all still purchase fuel. Anyway I know this is the wrong place to be discussing this and I appologise to Chris.
