This is totally different technology this is not peltier.
As usual nothing gets done until the last minute. This is true with our power situation. As long as there was enough oil then why look any further. Now the oil companies don't want this paradigm shift to occur. If they were smart they would embrace the new technogies and with their money and power develop it. That way they would stay the big dog on the block instead of the used to be king.
