What what I have been able to understand so far it seems that Lowering the Amps and increasing the voltage will work better. Right or wrong.
High Voltages in the region of 1700 volts with 5 amps would work better. Anyone done any experiments in this area?
Using like a PWM and putting a step-up transformer at the end.
It seems that the reactor is not a problem anymore but the volts and amps.
Keep on researching.

1700 volts and 5 milliamps - maybe....
I dont think anormal home would be wired to cope with a load like that ( at least not on single phase...)
