JUST A SILLY QUESTION I'M SURE! WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF VACUUM WAS APPLIED TO THE CELL?

Actually it doesn't really create much Water Vapor at all.

When water is placed in a Vacuum, it Sucks all the Dissolved air out of the Water.

If a Hydrogen Generator Cell was placed in a Vacuum Chamber, it Would Also Suck the Hydrogen and Oxygen Pubbles out.

As the Vacuum Increase, All Disolved Gases and Bubbles Become MUCH Larger in Size, causing them to rise to the surface Much Quicker.

As an Example: If you had a 1/8 inch diameter Bubble on an Electrode at Normal Air Pressure, At a Vacuum of 28 In/Hg, that same Bubble will Easily Expand to 3/4 of an inches, Or More in diameter.

Mostly, I Use my Vacuum chamber for Potting Transformers in Epoxy. The Vacuum Enlarges the air bubbles so they rise Much Quicker, giving a better, Bubble Free Encapulsation.
But I have done Numerous other Experiments with it over the years, such as water tests like above.
