Yes, thats what I`m talking about also, Will ozonating water make it a type of heavy water, I know ozone doesnt last long in water but it really wouldnt have to.You wouldnt want to buy ozonated water. From what i understand is that ozone or o3 is highly charged oxygen and will give up its 3rd charge very easily.

But my main concern about this is what herman anderson was doing to make heavy water, It sounds as if it was ozonated water, Is this what i am hearing ? Does anyone know?

And maybe we should try electrolysis on ozonated water!

We would need to continually inject ozone into the water during the electrolysis process.

to introduce ozone in the air intake of a ice, All you would need to put was a couple of spark plugs continuesly sparking at the air intake.
