He's bringing it to market. For $7500.00 a piece they better be made of platinum. Even if it's CAD it's a lot of coin. There aren't any stats on how much it produces & the last page they talk about test runs that lower gas mileage. Dude build your own, you're better off. Besides for that kind of cash you could probably buy a PEM electrolyzer & eliminate the need for highly caustic electrolytes.
