How about Gold plated electrodes?

from my understanding, aurum doesnt tarnish. how about coating the electrodes with 23k gold leaf?

from what i know, graphite (carbon) is electrically nutral but from what people on this board have said, it does disolve. maybe the graphite they used is impure or maybe what i heard is false. i was told to use number 2 pencils sharpened at both ends.

what do you guys think of having salt crystals grow in the water on the walls of gold plated electrodes? would something like that work? maybe HCL salt would spice things up a bit?

Some people say water with no electrolyte will not do any thing as far as electrolysis goes. Some people claim you don't need an electrolyte if you have the "magic" frequency... Let me know what you think.

Plain water from the tap will create electrolysis, water conducts electricity hence the fact electrolysis will happen, the idea of the electrolyte is to increase the conductivity and to in turn to increase the production. Iv never heard of anyone saying "water with no electrolyte will not do any thing as far as electrolysis goes"

going back to the electrode material why not platinum i believe this is the best material for the job, if u can afford the stuff.[/code]
