The GenePax website has very little English but does show two photos that are interesting.

One of the photos is of what appears to be the electrically operated Electrolysis Cell that generates the Hydrogen and Oxygen to power the High Technology Fuel Cell which produces the electricity to run the electric drive system. Although, all the promotional literature suggests that it is a chemical reaction that produces the hydrogen and the needed oxygen is taken from air.

The details on what the system actually consist of aren't yet available in English but should be soon.
