Here is a plate diagram for the smack booster. Now I'm a carpenter and not an electrician, but is this an example of series or neutral plates not directly connected I've heard called floaters?

This type of set up is like a Series Cell unit BUT to be truly Series Cell
you need to have a seal around all the edges of the plates.
In this Smack's - the current may leak around the sides of the
" neutral plates " . You will get some Hydroxy production from
them but not as much as with seal around Bottom / and Both Sides of the
plates.
The up side of this booster is that it is easier and cheaper to make.
It still makes hydroxy - but uses a little more Power to do so.
