Here are a couple of pics of the install.

Here is the unit. The silver plug is for filling. The rest of the build is just like Smacks. The gauge is for a quick reference when on the road. I do not have allot of trust in it for adjustments.


In this pic you see the entry into the throttle body. At the top you see two new relays one is not in use the one in the middle with the red wire leading to it is for the booster and to the right of it is the switch that cuts power from the fuel pump to the relay, this shuts down the unit.


The last pic is of the 30 amp fuse. All connections from the battery to the booster are 10 guage wire and they are soldered.

Very nice workmanship and a neat install!

Did you know that instead of the fuse you can use a 30 Ampere circuit breaker?

Resetting the breaker, should it trip, saves having to change a fuse.

Looking forward to hearing about your results following your "acid test" drive to California. You should be very pleased!

I have an air-fuel sensor, which doesn't work with an EFIE so installed an o2 extender (pre-drilled anti-fouler). I didn't see any difference in my air-fuel ratio (connected to it's own o2 sensor). I don't have room for two extenders unless I bend some sheet metal behind the radiator.

One other thing I have not mentioned and don't know if it really maters. I am big into reef fish tanks. This requires me to own a RO/DI (reverse osmosis/deionization) water filtering system. This thing will reduce the total dissolved solids in water to 0. I have been using this instead of distilled water because it is purer and I have it on hand.
During the bench testing, as mentioned earlier was 8 hours, I never saw any brown water or water that was tinted in any way. The plates did get a bronze tint though.
