hello new here if your state requires emissions testing thats a hurdle but if this h2 make everything better you should pass with fling colors wavers will not keep the lawsuits away but a friend of mine has a speed shop an uses them he hasn't lost a suit yet with them (in Fla) also you really need a chassis dyno w/ a wide band so you can see the difference in power and fuel ratio if you can show the customer the deference the product will sell itself also Ive never seen UL ratings for automotive parts especially aftermarket which is what this is.
