Typically a Maxwell Bridge is used for Inductance.
But the Owens Bridge, Anderson Bridge and Hays Bridge also work for this purpose.

I have never seen a Wheatsone bridge used for Capacitance.

Usually you use a Anderson, Wein or Schering Bridge for Capacitance.

Alaskastar was correct. The basic wheatstone bridge (AC bridge) can be modified to form a Capactive-comparison bridge.

I did find info on Maxwell and Hays for measuring high and low resistance (impedance) of inductors, but nothing on Anderson, Wein or Schering. At least not in my texts.

Actually it's adding caps to the resistance on two legs.

A ballpark figure should be all I need.
Don't need down to the nats ass.

Those interested are suggested to check out avr freaks, they are probably willing to waste alot of time on something trivial like this. All pun intended(yes, they do like to help new people)
