They're using h2 inside these stirling engines, thats an excellent idea!
I think we need to move away from 'combustion' technologies altogether!
is there any other gas that increases pressure when heated as quickly as h2?

this is discussed in the latest dvd from www.knowledgepublications.com
h2 has very good thermal expansion properties ... in the dvd a solar collector, looking like a big satelite dish, focuses heat on a chamber filled with h2, which then drives a stirling engine, which then can drive an alternator
