if there is a neutral carbon electrode in there ...it culd be a proton bombardment couldnt it? or protons wuld bounce off the carbon and bombard the 304 and eject electrons from the steel.....ehh im just think,'n out loud again.....lol I can see a pair of brass tubes melt'n down if they were shorted out but with no amperage how wuld they melt down ?

Im just try'n to make sense of the interviews..with all the information he has given us it looks like it wuld spur some sorta conversation....
Well here is some more of my thoughts....
I think:
3 tubes---out side s.s. neutral center ( carbon) inside s.s.
Theory of operation:
protons are created and accelerated simultaniuosly bombarding the s.s. createing a voltage zone and the end of the waveguide.
simultaniously being of the proper vibrational tube length of a resonance freaquency near the excited stae of the atoms....hmmm
ehh i better think some more more eh....lol ...surely someone has some thoughts after all the information he gave us.
