I found that using the table to help bend these left the corner a crisp 90 bend, rather than a loose arched bend when using your hand.


Here is a mockup to make sure the cut is right. I made sure that the fitting would sit centered on the center threaded rod, which is dead center for the plates.


Here I bent the second peice and now I'm finding where to cut. Ignore the small pieces on the tubing, these are assembled wrong.


Here is the cutter. It was a small pain trying to get the cutter to cut straight instead of walking to one side or the other.


Here you can see the difference after cutting and drilling out the center to remove the burrs. The piece on the right also has the small pieces still on it too.
