Here is with the two DC bus bars installed.

Upclose on the bus bar. In hindsight I wish that I had used my electrical rosin flux instead of the plumbers flux since the plumbers flux made a mess, but that is only asthetics.

Here I have the parts for assembling the fittings and tubing. A drill with a 3/16 bit to clean up the burrs on the inside of the tubing. A tubing bender with 1/4 stainless tubing in it. A Tubing cutter. And the Yor-Lok fittings, one of which I left in pieces so that you could see the parts inside.

Standard tubing bender that I got from an automotive store a long time ago for brake lines.

The fittings and cutter. Note the small pieces for the fittings. There is a closer picture of them installed later.
