This is one of the two Y-fittings that I had assembled previously.


Here are the two DC bus bars, each are drilled specifically for the side to be used on since I'm not going to be using these for long. A future design will incorporate several connections to the power, either by wire or by MOSFET off of the PWM3G. The 3G is what I want to use to drive this cell, however I need to answer a couple questions about it's build, ie does it have one or two input power voltages?


Here are the negative plates which I left the black sheathing on for identification. These are all using the silver solder to hold the 12G solid copper wiring in place, standard 12-2 wiring is all that I used, nothing special. However, with the sloppy fit that I was getting sometimes, I think that I will try to use 10-2 next time to get a better fit.


Here are the positive plates, only difference being that there is one less plate.


Here is the gasket sealant that I may end up using on the PTFE gaskets. I got this just in case I had to use it, NOT because I really thought I would need to.
