Just some pictures so you can see what I was doing. No rocket science here ---Yet :)


There one just came off the tube.


Here one is about to release.


Well last night I had some very nasty leaking. The cells were wonderful but they appear to be very weak. The holes that I drilled started to crack and consequently leak. I had water and electrolyte all over my work bench and it was a very nasty mess. I decided to come in through the top of the containers since the lid should be a lot more sturdy.

Here are the new pieces we're going to weld onto the cells.


Here's all 5 cells ready to be welded.
