Here we have the fully assembled cell. I have not put the barb into the top yet, that comes next. At this point the cell should be airtight.


Here we have a good front view. Notice that the nut on the right side of the plates is welded a bit higher than the left. This is done so that things hang as straight as possible in the cell.


Here you can see that everything is suspended just off of the bottom about 1/4 of an inch. This is done to allow for proper circulation below the cell as it pulls water up through itself.


Woohoo... adding the distilled water and lye.


Doing some simple bubble tests with 3 volts.
