This is the "bus bar" that was being welded onto the plates.


The one bar is done, now we are on the second bar. To do the second set, you just flip the cell over.


Ahhhhhh my new camera :) Isn't it nice! Here we have the same design as the big cell I just made last month, but this is much smaller. 12 plates in this design. Again, everything is staggered.


All finished and tightened up now.


This is the container I'll be putting it into. My idea is to build something that is easily reproduced. I didn't want to continue working with plexi-glas and special glues. I decided to try to make my new cells out of cheap easy to find items. Yes you have some machine shop stuff to do, but very little.
