The camera did a terrible job at capturing the process, mainly because it was so damn BRIGHT! I apologize for the pictures, but they were the best I could get really :(

Here is a top view just as he is starting to melt 2 pieces together. The hot spot is just beginning here so it is not all blurred out.

Another shot from the side. Ray really wanted to weld something together here so he was quite determined! The challenge came into play due to the fact that the flame is so tiny. It can only heat a very small portion of the metal at one time.

Another attempt at welding 2 pieces together here. -Come on Ray you can do it!

Woohoo success!!! -There you have it folks. The first time that metal has been welded in my basement! No not from some expensive welding unit, but rather from water at a mere 250 watts of power.

I can't wait to start working with the various frequencies. If there is a "magic" frequency where I will get 5x or 10x the gas production for the same 250-300 watts of power... I would be producing so much gas that I could do just about anything with it. Stay tuned as I will do my best to get the parts for that testing phase.
