I dont understand the Failure that Maintenance Man had.
I have run a few Motors with Hydroxy Boosting.
My observations have been that it makes the motor more Reliable.
-
I do not suck the Hydroxy in with Manifold Vacuum, I have the Hydroxy delivery
outside of the Butterfly and it just gets drawn in with the Air.
-
My main observation that encouraged me to continue with Boosting
was the Coating on the Bores of the Cylinder.
I see this as a longer lasting motor when the Booster supplies through
a Good Bubbler and it only draws less than 1 L per min of Hydroxy.
I also run Water injection with my Boosters. I like the idea of slowing down the
burn of the Hydroxy/Petrol mix.
I have not seen Huge detriment from Using Hydroxy Boosters yet,
so am sorry to hear of Maintenace Man's engine failure.
