Gee fellas, I'm truly sorry that you haven't been able to locate the "evidence."
I guess I forgot to inlcude the "spoon."
Well, for starters, use search engine to filter out paid advertisements.
Then conduct a search for "cobalt phosphate electrolysis" and you'll be rewarded with articles from several accomplished chemists who critique the press release and the substance of the catalytic process.
Then, using your favorite Patent Search resource, conduct a search for "efficient lead acid battery electrolyte" and "efficient low voltage electrolysis electrolyte" then spend several minutes, hours, or days, as you prefer, reading through the documentation.
It's all there for those who are willing to dig.
