Joseph Papp invented a combustion motor that used solely inert gasses which where treated in a certain manner.

The motor is a hermetically sealed unit, no intake nor exhaust, just simply re-used mix of inert gasses at a very low quantity.

Regarding the Papp Engine

For the most part everything on that website is Bull. Sabori never built anything. All engines you see running were built by us. The heaviest wiring in any of the engines was #12 except to the starter. I believe 600 amps would raise more than a little havoc with this.

I have started a web site www.rohnermachine.com which will give you the straight poop without all this enhancement. The Videos are fairly clear and the documentation accurate. The engine is amazing enough as it is.
