Fuel, Air controller

OK I am going to try building the air, fuel controller = A Practical Guide to Free Energy Devices file D17. I can get all the components listed in D17 from one source. http://www.electronixexpress.com/ The cost will be around $24.00 for all components plus about $6.00 S&H. This type of controller is a must if your auto has those dreaded O2 sensors. The OBC on my Jeep Cherokee also advances or retards the timing accordingly from the O2 sensors input, via a knock sensor. Anyway, if anyone has built one of dees, any info should be posted here. I'm placing order for my parts now.

Unfortunately, as Tony found out this Circuit Doesn't Work as shown in the schematic.
There is an Error on the D17 Schematic.
I have corrected the schematic for Tony and also designed him a PCB for this circuit. Actually I built him one.
(The circuit in the PDF File was just made on Strip Board)
But if anyone wants this circuit board, I can supply it.
