building a hydro gas furnance ??

if you where to build a hydro gas furnace...what would be the safest thing to do, store the hydro in a propane tank outside ? or to produce on demand after a bubler ???

also has anyone here profected the furnance nozzle stan meyers had drawn ?? induced air to cool the temp ?
