used a square to give some idea the size of cell

from this view you can see the 1/8 o-ring around top. same type of o-ring is on bottom.this sealed well with the help of a little silicone rubber in groove.

I had the nylon on hand,as you can see i had to add some nut inserts recessed in nylon. i found that nylon does not thread well!!

In this view you can see the width of the cell.I did use clear material for sides and top.temporary bubbler is in background. the gallon container on right. 36 plates were 1/8 * 6" * 8" cross sanded...now thats work!!I need to come up with something to make it work. you can see the distilled water level. I do need to seal electrode bolts yet. Well I finally got the easy part done.??
