This is the fill side of the 12 Mr G cell. You can see the fill/water level check tube here.
Date- 6/26/08. Do not use this drain pipe.

This photo is of six Mr G cells on a 90 Chevy one ton van, 350 engine. Provided a 20% improvement in mileage, more power, smoother running, lower emissions. I moved the bumper out about 6 inches so that people could see it all.

This is the new cell, 12 Mr G cells in one tube.
Parts list: 12 Mr G cells, attached in pairs
12- 1/4x 1" s.s bolts, 24- 1/4" s.s. nuts, 48- 1/4" s.s. washers, 12- 1/4" wing nuts, the following drain pipe- 2- 4" sss T, 3- 4" sxt female couplings, 1- 4" sxt female coupling (outside), 4- 4" threaded plugs, 4" pipe (1- 9 1/2", 1- 40"- white outside black inside), marine wheel bearing grease for plug threads, wire (I use #10 or #12), wire ends, lye, pvc glue, goop (inside and outside all bolts and barbed fittings), 1/2" ball valve and 1/2" male adapter to attach, 2- 3/8 barbed x 1/4 pipe 90 vinyl fitting, 30 amp fuse, amp gauge, 3/8 tubing, 1/4"- 1/2"- 13/16" drills, hack saw, drill motor, wire cutter-crimper, pliers (large), 7/16" wrenches, 30 amp relay, 3 1/2 gallons distilled or filtered water. I use about 1 1/4 teaspoon to a gallon. There are 3 groups of cells wired direct, 4 individual cells in each group. At 24 amps cold, makes one liter in 1 minute 40 seconds.

This is the drain side. using this ball valve is very handy. A one gallon bottle just fits over the end. As this holds 3 1/2 gallons, this big valve is needed. On occasion, a measuring cup should be used here to drain off that ugly rust colored stuff. Then an equal amount of water/electrolite can be replaced. Otherwise, just add water to the fill tube at the other side. A plug is on this side for service in the event a cell needs attention. Your arm is probably not long enough to reach from the other side. You can use less cells, then you may not need the plug, you may even just use a cross fitting instead of 2 T's.

7/14/08. 1000 c.c. BMW with three Mr. G cells in series. Owner noticed different exhaust note after installation. More power. About 4 MPG improvement. Still testing.
