7/26/09.
Yamaha 400cc 2 cycle air fuel conversion in progress.
Pulley mounted to alternator to drive the air compressor.
Two nuts were welded to the existing nut holding down the alt.
Three 1/4"x2" bolts were welded to large rivets on the alt.
Computer magnets epoxied to the alt. can be moved, add more, or remove as needed.
Currently waiting on reed switches to control the solenoid valve.

Exhaust is a section of PVC bushing, 1/2"x2".

400 cc air fuel, showing location for the air compressor.


7/26/09.
2 cylinder air compressor, oil-less. I bought the whole working compressor for $10.


7/26/09.
The spark plug has the ceramic removed, 1/2" 90 pipe fitting welded on.
A 3/8" check valve is used, and needed, especially with the big 3/4" diaphragm valve.
