I removed my X axis servo motor from the machine and put it up on my bed. It's laying 90 degrees (clockwise) to the other pic of it while still installed (page 7). Remember you can click to get a better image.

Just another pic of the servo motor backed away a little.

The guys from the EMC channel (andypugh & pcw) are fairly certain that I need 2 components from Mesa Electronics (http://www.mesanet.com/) to make this work:

7I43-U-4  Anything I/O USB/parallel - 400K FPGA - 48 I/O  ( $99 )
7I49      6 channel analog servo interface - resolver input    ( $184 )

I'm just trying to make certain I have everything I need and am not forgetting something important or worse - EXPENSIVE to get this up and running. I'd hate to put $300 into this only to find out I need to put another $600 for another component.

I've already got a computer set up with EMC on it and that's working beautifully. So I have the computer and the Printer Cable (25-pin cable).

Taking a pic of the Ball Screw on the Y axis

Can't see the screw type on the X axis but I'm sure it also a ball screw.

Sorry... No description for this picture at this time.
